Flexibility and efficiency of use
Advantage: It is very flexible
and efficient to use because new users can still use it for the first time
Disadvantage: Ideal for users
on laptops or PCs to open this app but no for mobile users.
2.
Help user recognize, diagnose, and recover from
errors
Advantage: Use simple
button and plain text language to describe the functionality of the application
Disadvantage: Some buttons
do not have the information to tell you what this button is for.
3.
User control and freedom
Advantage: Users can leave
the meeting with the "Leave Meeting" button if you want to stop
attending the meeting.
Disadvantage: The “Leave
Meeting” does not indicate or pop up something if they really want to leave the
meeting.
4.
Visibility of system status
Advantage: There is a
light indicator on a video call if someone says something so that the user can know
who is talking.
Disadvantage: If there are
a lot of users in the meeting, we do not know who is talking when someone is
speaking nonstop.
5.
Consistency and standards
Advantage: There is a
message request to request control over who shares their screen.
Disadvantage: Only one
user can share a screen where another user has to wait their turn.
