Lab 7 - Process of Interaction Design

Three stakeholders involved for an automated check-out system of a large supermarket in order to minimize virus spread. 


1. Customers



- They have to scan, carry their own bangs and help from the store staff to decide what to buy. Use hand sanitizer and mask before entering the supermarket to prevent virus from spread.

2. Check-out operator/handler




-They use glove to receive money, credit or debit card from buyers to maintain health.Operator have a good distance between with the customer. Other than that, at the checkout counter, must provide hand sanitizer. 

3. Manager



- Make sure they follow the system in good condition and security guards need to see if they are following the rules o to ensure maximum benefit for customers and staff.
